Finally back home after a busy holiday.

I started of this holiday by reorganizing my web appearance. The plan was to relaunch before Jan. 1st, and that turned out successful. So far I’m very pleased. The web pages are so snappy now that I don’t use Drupal. The main reason must be that I no longer rely on php parsing and mysql queries for presenting the pages. I still have some work to do, mainly in reprocessing all the images and put them out, but also to do some adjustments to the layout and design. I’m also very happy with the WordPress blog, but the same goes for this part. I must fix some images and design.

All this kept me pretty busy in between all the social and family stuff, so I didn’t do much shooting, but that’s ok. Some times you just need to prioritize, and fixing this web stuff is an investment for the future. Hopefully I won’t get as many time consuming surprises in the future.
